Mobs And Takeover Leadership

I was in traffic and a speeding driver cut me off. My first temptation was to let him know what I thought with some harsh expletives. But upon reflection, I remembered that a highly effective leader doesn’t just react, they try to eliminate drama in their lives. Controlling attitudes, learning to reflect and balance out are necessary functions of leadership. Proactive leadership is much more effective than redactional leadership. Reactions are based on immediate actions, often without the thought that goes into a timed response. The immediate and deliberative actions often need rewinding later. A position, thought or response is much more reflective. Think before you act. Today with the mob mentality running rampant in certain circles, we see little reflection or thought, and only deliberate and unseemly vile action. These people have taken to the streets in almost a cult-like fashion. Bent and determine to escalate the drama in the lives of others. These people are addicted to anger and are hoping for a like wise reaction. We must not fall into their trap. We instead must be proactive, educate, and vote. Teach your children God’s Word and Godly values. This does not mean we turn a blind eye and ignore them. During the 1900-1930's, the German people knew the concentration camps were filling up with minorities and Jews. They knew all about it because it was happening under their eyes. But they chose to ignore it. The press proclaimed their outlandish views and lied as they desensitized the public, and the people chose to look the other way. Propaganda was being spewed across the air waves. And the people looked away reacting to the conditions. Today the press has allied with these people.. leaving the fate of America in very uncharted waters. We need to pray and proact. By 1934, Stalin had eliminated all his political opposition violently. He terrorized the nation with mobs. In 1937, Stalin had sent millions of innocent Soviet citizens to concentration camps. Any person that opposed the plan of the Soviet leader was either killed or incarcerated. People were so traumatized and fearful, they shut their mouths and went into hiding. All this happened from the start; the signs and views became more and more apparent to the everyday citizen .. but they turned a blind eye and fell into the trap; for many bondage and even death resulted. Proactive thinking is looking into the future and seeing the deeper ramification and helping to shape our futures the best we can. Not through violence, but through prayer and the voting box. Never let it be said, you or I turned a blind eye and ignored our responsibility to try. This is a pivotable time in our history as a nation and the echo of your vote will make history and may just be one of the most costly non votes ever. Be proactive and lead with thought and well adjusted actions.
