Memorial Day 2018-Remembering Those Who Gave Their All

In light of the one who gave His only Son, God gave his best and Jesus gave his all. May we never forget. Teach our children to remember this fact forever. The memorials help us remember the soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice for a country they loved; the cross is the enduring memorial of God’s love for us, the ultimate sacrifice Jesus gave to us, and prescription for forgiveness of sin. Teach the children’s children what God has done and His love for mankind. Teach them to love, honor and trust God. It is imperative that you and I teach our children and grandchildren ... God told us to. We must reach them while they are still open to the truth. We do it out of obedience because we love God and we want the best life for our children. Let’s leave shining memorials to God's glory for all to see. This is history In 1962-Bible reading would no longer be allowed in our schools In 1963-Prayer was no longer a part of the school day. In 1980-The Ten Commandments no longer could be posted in the schools. But God... In 2001, The Supreme Court made it possible under the equal access ruling, that Good News Clubs could be established after school in every school across America. So it is now possible to reach the unchurched children by bringing the Sunday school into the public schools. Praise God! Children are still giving their hearts to Christ in our public schools. Now more than ever these children need the churches to partner with these schools to disciple these children and establish them in the local church to grow, and become adult men and women, who will love, honor, and serve God.
