Decentralizing The Base Of An Organization

The next and possibly the most vital layer of leadership that all leaders must evaluate on their journey... The closest followers. Are they the people you really want to set the foundation of your organization upon?

Organizations have always needed men and women that can recognize the emerging challenges, and even more importantly those who can inspire others.

Leadership development has become steadily more and more important, as well as pertinent in the 21st century. It has always been important to teach and live, values, attitudes and relationships, but today it is even more crucial to success. Why? Because there is so much confusion all around us as we see the results of relativism and environment. The rise of “spiritualism” - people thinking they can be spiritual without absolute Truth. The person of God is the next big challenge in Today's society. Spiritualism, like so many isms, has a little truth mixed with a lie meant to confuse and mislead. It is this writer's opinion that this may be Satan’s last attack; maybe one of his most volatile and “subtly vicious” ever. Why you might ask? This will sound so good and even “righteous” to the masses, but will be meant to deceive large segments of the population. This is why we need to be reading the Word of Truth and weighing everything against the Truth.

We are seeing the struggle with the failures of what I believe is “same weight Truth”, which is not Truth at all. It is presenting as fact that your truth is as valid as mine. Which inherently cannot be truth. This is failing miserably, so the new extremists are now changing their way of dealing with truth by creating truth, whether it is or not. Re-writing Truth to fit a certain perspective is the threat to the future cultures.

This is why leadership training becomes so vital.

Leadership has and always will be about making choices. How can you make a proper choice without a plum line that is the foundational truth.

I want to suggest you;

Pick men and women of good repute to surround yourself with, preferably men and women full of the Spirit of God and wisdom. People who are devoted and servants First to God, family, and then the cause.

1. Look for people with servant hearts

2. People who can defend a position

3. people who can share the cause and inspire others

4. People who will be standard bearers

5. People who keep commitments and who are loyal

6. People of action

7. People of Prayer

8. People who are strong in virtue and values

9. People who are givers and not takers.

10. People that truly care.

Teach and live the truth, realize those who cross your path are seeking answers and may be looking in all the wrong places ..you have the answers in a living truth and love letters from God Himself.
