Leaders Manage The Delivery Of The Vision

Leaders Manage the Delivery of The Vision. The leaders is the the one who deliver the vision. Not only delivers through speech but also action. The leader looks at how to navigate the waters as the vision becomes a reality. The leader is always on the

look out for new creative and imaginative ways to make it happen. The antenna of a great leaders is looking every moment for opportunity and connection to the fruition of the vision. I work in ministry and have a vision to reach the boys and girls with the transforming power of the gospel.. The bigger you think as a leader the more you will require others to catch the vision and connect to passion and vision of the leader. You and I cannot do it yourself. Deliver the vision by encouraging and inspiring others and give credit and recognition where it is due. I love the saying that the late President Reagan had on the White House desk. The "gipper" was known for this saying, "there is no limit to the good you can do as long as you don't care who gets the credit."The leader is always inspiring, educating and looking for those who can influence some aspect of the vision. The leader is always cultivating and refining the vision that has created the passion of his heart. Change is always an inevitable thing a leader with vision must manage. Can't tell you how many times the plan have to change it is like sand but the vision remains as concrete. Leaders are always on the look out for those who are connected to the leaders passion so delegation of leadership and responsibility can be spread among more who have the vision. A true leader is not concerned about who gets the credit but instead is driven to get to the height of the vision. Leaders need to use their time wisely ...spend your time with all those who who are all in and add to those who fit into this category people if you want to deliver the vision. The leader is the the shoulder the final responsibility falls on. The success or the failure will be attributed the leader. Does the leader know how to handle the failures. Does he see them as battles or does he see them as wars. Is it a temporary defeat or is it the white flag of total surrender? Does the leader rise from the ashes holding the vision to his chest and strike out to do it again learning from the past and making the appropriate moves to deliver the vision.
